Which countries does HIMMA deliver to, and how long does it take?

HIMMA delivers to six Gulf countries: the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar and Kuwait. Because every abaya is hand-crafted in the UAE and cut to the length you give, delivery times include the time your piece spends in the atelier, not only time in transit.

All prices on the site are shown in AED. If you are planning for Eid, a wedding or travel, allow the full window for your country, and a little more during busy seasons.

How can you pay for an abaya online?

You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay or Google Pay, processed securely through Stripe. Your card details are handled by Stripe and never reach HIMMA, which is the standard you should expect from any premium house selling online.

• Card: Visa and Mastercard, for delivery to any of the six countries.
• Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay, for a quick checkout on your phone.
• Tabby: four interest-free payments, available for delivery within the UAE.

Can you pay for an abaya with Tabby?

Yes, Tabby is available at checkout when your abaya is delivered within the UAE, and it splits the total into four interest-free payments. This suits a considered purchase such as the 24FW Palm, a soft crepe abaya in purple, black or navy paired with the Dujalil shaila, or the 24FW Haze, fully lined premium crepe with metal buttons.

For delivery to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay instead.

What should you have ready before ordering?

Before you order, have two details ready: your size from XS to XL, and your length in inches. Every HIMMA abaya is made to measure in length, so this single number matters most.

1. Size: compare the garment chart (bust, shoulder and sleeve, in inches) with an abaya that already fits you well. Our abaya size guide explains each measurement.
2. Length: measure from the top of your shoulder beside the neck straight down to where the hem should fall, wearing the shoes you will pair it with. The accepted range is 40 to 70 inches, and the Fit Atelier can suggest a length from your height.
3. Options: decide whether you would like the white inner dress, AED 99, made in the same size and length as your abaya.

If standard sizes do not suit you, the custom size option lets you give your own abaya's bust, shoulder, sleeve and armhole in inches, measured laid flat.

Can you order an abaya on WhatsApp?

Yes, you can place your order on WhatsApp at +971 56 666 1637 instead of checking out on the site. This is helpful if you would like to confirm a colour, talk through your length, or order several pieces together, for example the Sugar abaya in black or off white alongside a 24FW piece.

Send the product name, colour, size, length in inches and your delivery country, and the atelier will guide you through the rest.

How do you track your abaya delivery?

You receive tracking details as soon as your abaya leaves the atelier. Until then, your piece is being cut and finished to your length, which is why the delivery window is counted in weeks rather than days.
